Customs/duties? EU orders: VAT included. US orders under $800: no duties. Rest of world: buyer responsible.

Which board should I start with?

Beginners: Arduino or M5Stack. IoT: ESP32. AI/computer vision: Jetson. See Choose Your Platform.

Do I need to know programming? Arduino/M5Stack: copy-paste examples work. Raspberry Pi/Jetson: basic terminal helps.

Arduino vs Raspberry Pi? Arduino = microcontroller (one program, low power). Pi = Linux computer (multitasking, AI).

What tools do I need? Minimum: USB data cable, breadboard, jumper wires, multimeter. Good to have: soldering iron, logic analyzer.

Board not detected? Try a different USB cable (data-capable, not charge-only). Install drivers: CH340 (clone Arduinos), CP210x (ESP32).

Upload errors in Arduino IDE? Check board + port selected. No other app using the serial port.
