Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
How to Return
- Email support@openelab.io with order number + reason
- We issue an RMA number and return address
- Ship item back with RMA number on package
- Refund processed within 5 business days after inspection
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items. Buyer pays for change-of-mind returns.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Report within 48 hours with order number, photos/video of defect, and description. We ship replacement immediately — no need to return defective unit first.
